Happy Property Town is a property-trading board game set in an original Vietnamese neighbourhood, with 40 spaces, 28 deeds and two decks of 16 event cards. Two to four children share one device, each at their own corner, and the panel in the middle turns to face whoever has to play. There are no computer opponents. Start with 1,500 coins: roll dice, buy or auction property, pay rent, collect colour sets, build evenly and upgrade to hotels. The bank handles payments. If cash runs short, sell buildings, mortgage deeds, or negotiate trades of cash, property and release tickets. Play until one player remains, or choose a quick 20-round game decided by net worth.
